This is a great dolly for our baby grand. Assembly is a two-person job. It's not difficult, but you just need four hands at times. I have plenty of help to lift the piano onto the cart. The cart works great and looks good too. Highly recommended.

My Escalera was well worth the wait, it has saved my back already, and I've only had it a couple of weeks. Best investment I have ever made.

I have to say the customer service was amazing, to say the least. UPS miss handled our package when we received it the box was torn open I took a chance that all the parts were going to be there will they were not, I contacted customer service and they got right on it, they told me that they would be reaching out to the manufacturer to get the missing parts on the way. The manufacturer got the part out and is on their way. They not only sent one set of the missing parts they sent two sets making sure they had the bases covered. Just WOW! Love our PowerPallet convertor kit. The unit went on our manual jack easily and fairly quickly. The driver delivered 18 stops before the battery started showing yellow.

This is the second convertible hand truck of this type I've purchased, the first of which I left at our cabin in New Hampshire. Up there I use it for hauling wood and boulders around. Down here I use if for transporting music gear and bags of garden soil.

I love my Escalera Stair Cat. I used in an elementary school with no elevator makes very short work of pulling a dolly loaded with cases of paper to the third floor. The forklift attachment works great for loading heavy furniture up onto a stage.  I also used to require 4 men tto move a heavy wooden desk downstairs but now it can be accomplished by one person with NO back pain!
