Easy to locate replacement wheels as long as you know what product you're looking for. We've had the dolly for about 2-3 years with heavy use before it wouldn't hold air anymore. The wheels appear smaller than the original, as observed by some extra space where the wheels are placed and the dolly/pin that keeps it in place. I've shown pictures to customer service and have expressed concern about the pin holding in the wheel breaking under pressure but have been told that it's fine. We've already put this to the test and it's held up so far, but we'll see...
Advantages: Accurate/dependable delivery based on information provided when order was placed.
Disadvantages: The replacement wheels I ordered were confirmed by customer service as correct, but seems to be a different size as the wheels move back and forth against the pin holding it in. I still fear [the pin] may eventually break under pressure.

I ordered the Solid wheels after having problems with the inflatables going too quickly. These wheels were delivered quickly and were exactly what was advertised.
Advantages: These are solid rubber and have worked great since I put them on. I no longer need to worry about keeping the air inflated on the tires (Something I'd often forget until I'm on the sidewalk struggling to push it). Also there's no chance of the walls giving out like my previous ones had.
Disadvantages: The only disadvantage I've had so far is that they don't cushion as well when the handtruck goes down a curb or over a threshold. But that's expected as they are solid.

I used these to replace the inflatable wheels on my Wesco Spartan Sr. The inflatable tires had worn out after light use in just a few years. So far, these solid rubber wheels appear likely to last as long as the hand truck.
