What a wonderful hand truck. I can't believe it took me so long before purchasing one. I used to lug heavy boxes around. Those days are over. It's sturdy, can hold hundreds of pounds of merchandise, and saved my back.

I have to admit for a small business the cost for one of these Escalera Hand Trucks was biggest factor as to why I never bought one. Live in Ontario Canada, not Alabama, but provinces are not available. Mine was a small purchase, a clip for my hand truck, but absolutely necessary for it to securely function. What a great way to build your own Custom Magliner Hand Truck. Built mine with stair sliders, never flat tires and a easy grip handle. Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. We purchased the Escalera Staircat Powered Stair Climber Hand Truck to move appliances in San Francisco most of the elevators in these buildings are over 100 years old so we were having to do it all by hand carrying it up and down the staircases. This purchase has made life 100 times easier. We got the extended tow plate, big wheel attachment, upgraded battery, swivel caster attachment and an extra extension strap. We were able to not only move appliances but other large extremely difficult and bulky items.

Sure was simple to install. I took tools expecting to create the thing. Only needed a tape measure for piano dimensions and a 9/16 wrench to tighten bolts. Once dimensions of piano were found, I stretched or shorted the dolly to fit. Found 4 willing men in the Café and wam. We lifted the piano and a Barrista slid it underneath. Rolls around easily.
