The Escalera Staircat Powered Stair Climber Hand Truck is an amazing piece of gear we had been using a regular hand truck to move 300lb copiers up stairs. Now we can do this with 2 men instead of 3 and the 2nd one is really only there to help avoid bumping into walls. We are quite happy with the product.

Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. I love my Escalera Stair Cat. I used in an elementary school with no elevator makes very short work of pulling a dolly loaded with cases of paper to the third floor. This is the 4th one of the Spartan Senior hand trucks that I have purchased. They’re lightweight, affordable and hood up to the loads I carry on them. Every time my business expands I get another. I’ll keep buying them as long as Handtrucks2go keeps selling them. Only thing I wish I could get is a brake on one of the small wheels. If you have that as an option please let me know. Otherwise I have to get them somewhere else because I have to have a brake for the small wheels.

I have to say the customer service was amazing, to say the least. UPS miss handled our package when we received it the box was torn open I took a chance that all the parts were going to be there will they were not, I contacted customer service and they got right on it, they told me that they would be reaching out to the manufacturer to get the missing parts on the way. This piano dolly is amazing. I can now move my expensive piano smoothly and safely, regardless of the cracks in the side walks. It is so easy to turn, steady, and push. It handles the rough terrain so easily. This company has great customer service. They always responded to my correspondence. When a wheel broke off, they replaced the whole dolly at no cost to us. The Anderson Vending Machine and Appliance Dolly was the best purchase to move our vending machines! We didn’t have to empty our machines of any products and the machine empty weighs 600lbs with the extra product load it was nearly 640lbs. It only took myself and my wife to move the machine, she steered while I pushed. The price we would’ve paid for professional movers was the same price we paid for the product. It paid for itself in one move. The location was so impressed how easy it was to use they asked us if we could move their 500lb safe and they would pay us for our time and use of equipment.
