I have to admit for a small business the cost for one of these Escalera Hand Trucks was biggest factor as to why I never bought one. BUT it’s one of the better purchases I have made.  I don’t have to worry about hiring more men just to move one price of equipment.  Not to mention saving myself from all that back pain. 

This is the second convertible hand truck of this type I've purchased, the first of which I left at our cabin in New Hampshire. Up there I use it for hauling wood and boulders around. Down here I use if for transporting music gear and bags of garden soil.

I have to say the customer service was amazing, to say the least. UPS miss handled our package when we received it the box was torn open I took a chance that all the parts were going to be there will they were not, I contacted customer service and they got right on it, they told me that they would be reaching out to the manufacturer to get the missing parts on the way. The manufacturer got the part out and is on their way. They not only sent one set of the missing parts they sent two sets making sure they had the bases covered. Just WOW! As an HVAC contractor, our teams often transport large condensers and support materials over a variety of soft and uneven surfaces. Overall it’s a great product. The BP-Liberator Hand Truck that I custom built definitely helps a lot for going up and down stairs. It’s also lighter than my other big dollies. It’s fairly expensive, but it’s also very good quality. I will defintely buy from here again.

I own a HVAC company. I recently had back surgery and I needed to find a way to load/unload from my trucks and get my equipment/ units up and downstairs, in attics and on shelves. This is it! To me the $3,000+ expense was kinda steep but compared to my $90,000+ surgery I feel like it's a great investment.

I purchased the Escalera Motorized Stair Climber along with Hitch/Reciever and the Big Wheel attachments which are most definitely must haves. Being able to move my HVAC equipment by myself has been quite liberating and is saving a lot of additional labor expenses. It's a little slow, it takes me about 2-3 minutes to go up a flight of stairs by myself, which is fine considering that I am not hurting myself or tired after I'm done.

Learning to go down the stairs was a challenge at first but totally doable. I find myself very popular among my friends and family who have been getting me to come show off my new toy to move various large items like a pinball machine, a refrigerator, a safe etc. All in all I'm very pleased with my purchase. So YES I recommend this product.

This is the second set of Twin Dollies I have purchased from Handtrucks2go. These are used to move 800lb hydraulic elevator tank/ pump assemblies/ tall elevator controllers, and misc elevator crates in and out of buildings. The Anderson Vending Machine and Appliance Dolly was the best purchase to move our vending machines! We didn’t have to empty our machines of any products and the machine empty weighs 600lbs with the extra product load it was nearly 640lbs.
