Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. This is the second set of Twin Dollies I have purchased from Handtrucks2go. These are used to move 800lb hydraulic elevator tank/ pump assemblies/ tall elevator controllers, and misc elevator crates in and out of buildings. These are very good at stabilizing heavy loads, steering around corners, into elevators, and onto trucks. I plan to buy another set as needed.

This piano dolly is amazing. I can now move my expensive piano smoothly and safely, regardless of the cracks in the side walks. It is so easy to turn, steady, and push. It handles the rough terrain so easily. This company has great customer service. They always responded to my correspondence. When a wheel broke off, they replaced the whole dolly at no cost to us. Sure was simple to install. I took tools expecting to create the thing. Only needed a tape measure for piano dimensions and a 9/16 wrench to tighten bolts. Once dimensions of piano were found, I stretched or shorted the dolly to fit. Found 4 willing men in the Café and wam. We lifted the piano and a Barrista slid it underneath. Rolls around easily. We were able to not only move appliances but other large extremely difficult and bulky items.
