We borrowed the Escalera Staircat Powered Stair Climber Hand Truck from another plumber to try it out before purchasing ours. After using it one time the decision to purchase was a quick one. This has been a very good investment that should have been made a long time ago.

I purchased my first Lectro Truck in 1988. The steel version called old orange. A great machine for my plumbing and heating business. One man can safely move a 900 pound boiler upstairs out of the house and on to the truck,where it used to take 3 or 4 men.

I felt it was time to upgrade to the 6512E.We still have old orange for use around the shop and the new one now goes to the jobs. Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. I have had a power assist wheelbarrow from Handtrucks2go perhaps 5 or 6 years. An incredible assist for hawling most anything. Recently I damaged the transformer for recharging the batteries. This is a great dolly for our baby grand. Assembly is a two-person job. It's not difficult, but you just need four hands at times. I have plenty of help to lift the piano onto the cart. The cart works great and looks good too. Highly recommended.

I purchased two WH09 tires from HandTrucks2Go, and when one had an issue, their customer service was exceptional. They quickly resolved the problem by sending a replacement tire without hassle. Sure was simple to install. I took tools expecting to create the thing. Only needed a tape measure for piano dimensions and a 9/16 wrench to tighten bolts. Once dimensions of piano were found, I stretched or shorted the dolly to fit. Found 4 willing men in the Café and wam. We lifted the piano and a Barrista slid it underneath. Rolls around easily. Church elders thanked me. Even a Customer. I'm happy and would recommend you this Piano Dolly to all interested parties.

As a plumbing contractor with a fully equipped machine shop, I was going to make one myself but decided to spend the $ and not look back. I love my Escalera Stair Cat. I used in an elementary school with no elevator makes very short work of pulling a dolly loaded with cases of paper to the third floor. The forklift attachment works great for loading heavy furniture up onto a stage.  I also used to require 4 men tto move a heavy wooden desk downstairs but now it can be accomplished by one person with NO back pain!
