I have to admit for a small business the cost for one of these Escalera Hand Trucks was biggest factor as to why I never bought one. I have to say the customer service was amazing, to say the least. UPS miss handled our package when we received it the box was torn open I took a chance that all the parts were going to be there will they were not, I contacted customer service and they got right on it, they told me that they would be reaching out to the manufacturer to get the missing parts on the way. Excellent! This Grand Piano Dolly is strong, easy to put together and rolls beautifully without scratching the floor. The design is excellent as well as you can easily play the piano while it is on the dolly. It was also delivered in time and just what we needed.

I have a beverage delivery route, and durability is important since I typically haul 4 to 5 cases on a single hand truck which weigh about 35lbs each. I was looking at folding hand trucks since my delivery truck is usually packed with cases leaving me with not much room for extras. Sure was simple to install. I took tools expecting to create the thing. Only needed a tape measure for piano dimensions and a 9/16 wrench to tighten bolts. Once dimensions of piano were found, I stretched or shorted the dolly to fit. Found 4 willing men in the Café and wam. We lifted the piano and a Barrista slid it underneath. Rolls around easily. Overall it’s a great product. The BP-Liberator Hand Truck that I custom built definitely helps a lot for going up and down stairs. It’s also lighter than my other big dollies. It’s fairly expensive, but it’s also very good quality. I will defintely buy from here again.

This is the second set of Twin Dollies I have purchased from Handtrucks2go. These are used to move 800lb hydraulic elevator tank/ pump assemblies/ tall elevator controllers, and misc elevator crates in and out of buildings. These are very good at stabilizing heavy loads, steering around corners, into elevators, and onto trucks. I plan to buy another set as needed.
