Thank goodness for Handtrucks2GO. I own a Kartmaster HD500. Pretty expensive cart but the casters were completely worn. No one else had the part and now I'm back in business.

I purchased the Jansen Grand Piano Dolly for my 5'2" Cable Nelson Baby Grand. I am very happy with it. I was worried about assembly, but it turned out to be easy. I'm glad I purchased the one with brakes as one day I will have hardwood floors again. I'm absolutely happy.

I have to say the customer service was amazing, to say the least. UPS miss handled our package when we received it the box was torn open I took a chance that all the parts were going to be there will they were not, I contacted customer service and they got right on it, they told me that they would be reaching out to the manufacturer to get the missing parts on the way. The manufacturer got the part out and is on their way. They not only sent one set of the missing parts they sent two sets making sure they had the bases covered. Just WOW! What a wonderful hand truck. I can't believe it took me so long before purchasing one. I used to lug heavy boxes around. Those days are over. It's sturdy, can hold hundreds of pounds of merchandise, and saved my back.

Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. I used it once in 6 inches of snow and was amazed how effortless it was able to maneuver around it. I wouldn’t even attempted to push a normal wheelbarrow through that.

I purchased my first Lectro Truck in 1988. The steel version called old orange. A great machine for my plumbing and heating business. One man can safely move a 900 pound boiler upstairs out of the house and on to the truck,where it used to take 3 or 4 men.

I felt it was time to upgrade to the 6512E.We still have old orange for use around the shop and the new one now goes to the jobs. I have made and saved alot of money using this product and most important no one was ever hurt moving these large heavy items. Keep up the good work on these quality hand trucks! This is a great dolly for our baby grand. Assembly is a two-person job. It's not difficult, but you just need four hands at times. I have plenty of help to lift the piano onto the cart. The cart works great and looks good too. Highly recommended.

I bought the Compact Fully-Electric Pallet Jack from Apollo Lifts to support our growth an take some of the work out of using manually pallet Jack's. It work much better than expected. It has cut my labor costs and gets truck loaded and unloaded faster. It was easy to assemble and once the battery was charged put to work right away.
