We got this Escalera Hand Truck for getting kegs and spent grain up from a small brewery located about 3 1/2' below grade level. I'm 66 and was the first to use it. We borrowed the Escalera Staircat Powered Stair Climber Hand Truck from another plumber to try it out before purchasing ours. After using it one time the decision to purchase was a quick one. This has been a very good investment that should have been made a long time ago.

This product is sweet! I had made investment after researching and also seeing an older model in action the last couple of years, the tool has stood the test of many basement stairs and boiler removals.

I have a beverage delivery route, and durability is important since I typically haul 4 to 5 cases on a single hand truck which weigh about 35lbs each. I was looking at folding hand trucks since my delivery truck is usually packed with cases leaving me with not much room for extras. The Powered Wheel Barrow is an amazing product, I certainly wish I’ve discovered this years ago. We live in Florida where the grass is thick and pushing a regular wheel barrow is like a workout. The PAW rolls through the thick St. Augustine grass with no problem. It works perfectly just as described in their website. It’s balanced and the hand controls are easy to use. I will surely be coming back for more!
