These 4000 lb capacity 90° Adjustable Self Dumping Steel Hoppers have a low profile design and feature a full 90° dump angle with a cushioned rubber bumper stop essential for convenient loading while also allowing quick and simple dumping with a fork truck.

They are the medium duty 10 gauge steel with 4 available sizes, 1/4 cubic yard, 1/2 cubic yard. 1 cubic yard and 1-1/2 cubic yard all having a maximum weight capacity of 4,000 lbs.

  • Full 90° dump angle
  • Cushioned rubber bumper stop
  • A cable to be pulled from the seat of the fork truck in order to dump the hopper
  • A safety restraint to secure hopper to the fork truck
  • 22" L usable fork pockets measure 7"W x 2"H
  • Formed base thickness of 1/4”
  • Blue baked-in powder-coated for extra toughness

 

Options Include:

  • Bin lids and includes mounting hardware
  • Casters (1/4 to 1/2 cubic yard hoppers include 3 casters while 1 to 1-1/2 cubic yards hopper include 4 casters)
  • Threaded drain plug (located on left corner)
  • Hopper dumping speed regulator (for more controlled dumping process)

Note:

1)    Must be attached to fork truck when dumping

2)    The unit returns to an upright and locked position when lowered to the ground

3)    Never exceed load center rating per fork truck manufacturer’s guidelines

4)    Do not use this fork truck attachment if load will exceed fork truck manufacturer’s load center rating

5)    Addition of casters may change weight capacity based on caster rating 

6)    Always use lowest rating of either dumper or casters

7)    Weight capacity is based on uniform weight distribution
