These 2000 lbs capacity Self-Dumping Steel Hoppers with Bumper Release are able to automatically dump when bumper release contacts the side of the dumpster.

They are the light duty 12 gauge steel with 9 available sizes, 1/4 cubic yard, 1/3 cubic yard, 1/2 cubic yard, 3/4 cubic yard, 1 cubic yard, 1-1/2 cubic yard, 2 cubic yards, 2-1/2 cubic yards and 3 cubic yards all having a maximum weight capacity of 2,000 lbs.

  • A cable to be operated from the seat of the fork truck to manually dump the hopper
  • A safety restraint to secure the hopper to the fork truck
  • Usable fork pockets with dimensions 7-1/2"W x 2-1/2"H
  • Stackable (only for hoppers D-25, D-33, D-50, D-75 and D-100 if you stack the top hopper turned 90° from the bottom)
  • Blue baked-in powder-coated for extra toughness
  • The hopper side extensions are great addition for material handling and construction facilities. The extended sides are constructed of  steel mesh for high strength durability during transference of goods while the yellow painted finish delivers greater visibility to the overflowing items. The height increase provides addition of room to handle materials.

  • Bin Lid (available in black)
  • Casters (all caster options include 4 casters)
  • Sideway tilt (available for D-75-LD and D-100-LD hoppers only)
  • Threaded drain plug (located on left corner)
  • Side hopper extensions (available for hoppers D-150 to D-300 only)

Note:

1)    Must be attached to fork truck when dumping

2)    Hopper returns to an upright and locked position automatically after it dumps

3)    Never exceed load center rating per fork truck manufacturer’s guidelines

4)    Do not use this fork truck attachment if load will exceed fork truck manufacturer’s load center rating

5)    Addition of casters may change weight capacity based on caster rating

6)    Always use lowest rating of either dumper or casters

7)    Weight capacity is based on uniform weight distribution
