Order Tracking

In order to track your order and check if it shipped or not and receive tracking information (or to view past invoices), please follow the instructions below.

 For Customers That Checked Out As Guests after 12/6/15.

If you placed your order online and checked out anonymously as a guest without putting in a password, the easiest way to track your order status will be by going to your email confirmation (that you received when you placed the order), and clicking on the "You can track your order status here" link towards the top of your receipt. You may also use the method shown below, if you can not  locate the email.

For Customers That Checked Out As Guests prior to 12/6/15.

Please go ahead and Register as a new account using the same email that you placed the order with, this will allow you to check on your past orders. Once you have registered please go to My Account to view Order History.

For Customers That Registered When They Checked Out after 2/20/2016

The easiest way to track your order status will be by going to your email confirmation (that you received when you placed the order), and clicking on the "You can track your order status here" link towards the top of your receipt. You may also use the method shown below, if you can not  locate the email.

For Customers That Registered When They Checked Out Before 2/20/206

If you placed you order online and registered with a password during checkout, then please go ahead and Login here. Once you have logged in please go to My Account to view Order History.

For Customers That Placed Phone Orders After 2/20/2016

The easiest way to track your order status will be by going to your email confirmation (that you received when you placed the order), and clicking on the "You can track your order status here" link towards the top of your receipt. You may also use the method shown below, if you can not  locate the email.

For Customers That Placed Phone Orders before 2/20/2016

If you placed your order over the phone, the system automatically creates an account and a password for you, so please go to Recover Password, which will send you an email with your password that will allow you to Login. Once you have logged in please go to My Account to view Order History.
