This is the second convertible hand truck of this type I've purchased, the first of which I left at our cabin in New Hampshire. Up there I use it for hauling wood and boulders around. Down here I use if for transporting music gear and bags of garden soil.

Live in Ontario Canada, not Alabama, but provinces are not available. Mine was a small purchase, a clip for my hand truck, but absolutely necessary for it to securely function. I bought the Compact Fully-Electric Pallet Jack from Apollo Lifts to support our growth an take some of the work out of using manually pallet Jack's. It work much better than expected. I have bad knees and going up and down stairs is hard on me. We got this Escalera Hand Truck for getting kegs and spent grain up from a small brewery located about 3 1/2' below grade level. I'm 66 and was the first to use it. I had to get 10 half-barrels (about 130 lbs each) up for a pickup. I got them all up and in position in 27 minutes, with hardly any effort. This is an amazing piece of equipment!

I love my Escalera Stair Cat. I used in an elementary school with no elevator makes very short work of pulling a dolly loaded with cases of paper to the third floor. The forklift attachment works great for loading heavy furniture up onto a stage.  I also used to require 4 men tto move a heavy wooden desk downstairs but now it can be accomplished by one person with NO back pain!

My Escalera was well worth the wait, it has saved my back already, and I've only had it a couple of weeks. Best investment I have ever made.

The Escalera Staircat Powered Stair Climber Hand Truck is an amazing piece of gear we had been using a regular hand truck to move 300lb copiers up stairs. Now we can do this with 2 men instead of 3 and the 2nd one is really only there to help avoid bumping into walls. We are quite happy with the product.

The company was careful that I didn’t order an incorrect size. I appreciated that. All parts and nuts and bolts were there with plain and simple instructions. 

As an HVAC contractor, our teams often transport large condensers and support materials over a variety of soft and uneven surfaces. I have to say the customer service was amazing, to say the least. UPS miss handled our package when we received it the box was torn open I took a chance that all the parts were going to be there will they were not, I contacted customer service and they got right on it, they told me that they would be reaching out to the manufacturer to get the missing parts on the way. The manufacturer got the part out and is on their way. They not only sent one set of the missing parts they sent two sets making sure they had the bases covered. Just WOW! I purchased the Jansen Grand Piano Dolly and it is perfect for my 5' 1" Kawai G-1. This dolly is super strong with superb casters. The 5 inch casters even have grease fitting installed on them. The directions this unit are not great but, there are plenty of you tube videos to help you assemble the pieces. This is the best grand piano made. It also looks good once installed on the piano.

Great customer service. The Electric Wheelbarrow arrived with a damaged tube but they quickly replaced it. The assembly went pretty smoothly. I used it once in 6 inches of snow and was amazed how effortless it was able to maneuver around it. I wouldn’t even attempted to push a normal wheelbarrow through that.
